Who is
Jon McInnis?
"Take my hand, we'll make it. I swear" - Bon Jovi
Jon has ten years of experience preparing taxes and training people to become tax preparers. Prior to joining Pinnacle, he started his own tax accounting firm, managed a tax office, answered phones for the Canada Revenue Agency, and worked for a small full cycle accounting firm.
He has spent years studying financial and management accounting, corporate finance, economics, business law, and audit procedures. He has recently completed his PBA designation with the Public Business Accountants Society of Canada
Jon tells his clients to focus on their business and what they do best. He will take care of making sure they pay as little tax as possible and keeping the government off their backs.
He has served as treasurer for a number of non-profit organizations, allowing him to use his passion for numbers to give back to the community. He has a bachelor’s degree in church music and plays trumpet with the New West Symphony and Chorus and the Band of Outriders.
When he isn’t helping businesses or playing music, Jon spends time with high school sweetheart who he married 21 years ago and their four growing children.
