Len is excited to join the team! Prior to the merger with Pinnacle in the spring of 2020, Len was a partner in Core-Concepts Inc. Before making the move into the accounting field in 2009, he worked in the dental industry for over 25 years in an array of positions from technical to management. Since his transition, Len initially looked after bookkeeping for the business he co-founded with Rod Rudolph before moving on to manage all areas of operations. This has included client billing and collections, day-to-day cash-flow requirements, time management for the staff, computer and software support, and eventually expanding into year-end work as a file technician. Just recently Len earned his accredited I.C.I.A designation.

 

Len likes new challenges and prefers to work behind the scenes to keep things moving forward. He values the camaraderie of working with like-minded professionals who can tackle anything as a team for the mutual benefit of their customers and each other.

 

In Len's down-time, he enjoys relaxing with his wife, Sandy, camping, cycling, movies, travel and weekends with their granddaughter. Cooking, reading, music and astronomy are a few of Len’s other interests.
