Rod joins the team from Core-Concepts Inc where he was Co-Founder & Managing Partner up to the merger with Pinnacle in early 2020. Rod has been working in the Accounting field since 1998 and prior to this, Co-Founded and Managed a Landscaping company. Rod’s interest in Accounting piqued being a Small Business Owner as he strove to have an in-depth knowledge of the financial aspect of business; understanding that it is an essential element to running any successful business. Rod began growing his knowledge in the field and naturally evolved into a self-made leader in the Accounting industry.

Rod’s passion is driving profits in private enterprise through common sense financial management practices. Rod has the ability to find solutions through strategic thinking that enables him to take a vision and make it reality. Rod intuitively sees the threads of opportunity that wind through an organization.

Rod is excited to be a part of the team and was initially attracted to Pinnacle because of the entrepreneurial and innovative culture. Rod’s role here is not only directing corporate governance and overseeing the Managed Accounting services, but he is also working directly with our extensive client base.
